Description of Service

cofeature.io provides AI-powered tools for creating landing pages for local service businesses, including real estate agents, contractors, and other service providers.

Service Tiers

• Free Tier: Limited landing pages and features

• Paid Tiers: Enhanced features, unlimited pages, advanced analytics, and priority support

• AI Features: Content generation, optimization suggestions, and automated improvements

Account Registration and Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

Account Security

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance

- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You will receive renewal reminders as required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of content you create on cofeature.io. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content

You agree not to:

• Use our service for spam or unsolicited communications

• Attempt to breach our security or interfere with our services

• Violate fair housing laws or real estate regulations (particularly relevant for real estate users)

Real Estate Compliance

If you’re a real estate professional using cofeature.io:

• Ensure all content complies with fair housing laws

• Include required disclosures and licensing information

• Follow MLS rules and regulations

• Comply with state and federal real estate advertising requirements

Data Export and Portability

You can export your content and data at any time through your account dashboard. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it’s permanently deleted.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

AI-Generated Content

While our AI tools are sophisticated, you’re responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication.

Indemnification

These terms constitute the complete agreement between us regarding cofeature.io.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.

Assignment

We may assign these terms in connection with a business transfer. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
